We currently carry out works on behalf of a large London borough under a framework agreement. This contract covers void refurbishment works from small works up-to large full refurbishments including capitalised kitchens and bathrooms and full redecorations. We also carry out works under the decent homes programme in occupied properties. This is for the renewal of kitchens and bathrooms and property rewires which also can include new boiler installations.

We currently carry out disabled adaption works for several customers. This is programmed works where we get an occupational therapist to design the new layout for the customer to tailor the area to work best for their needs. We also carry out works fitting access ramps for disabled customers

We currently work for several large insurance companies carrying out domestic insurance works. these works are fire flood and escape of water and we restore peoples properties back to pre-loss condition. This can range from roof repairs to fitting a new toilet up-to a full flood damage restoration job
